Bremont and director Matthew Vaughn have an historic relationship, having collaborated in 2014 on the first Kingsman film, whereby Bremont produced a number of exclusive timepieces for the film that were also commercially available to purchase.
Vaughn turned to Bremont once again for Argylle, seeking a watch partner to provide a variety of styles for the key characters: ‘Agent Argylle’, played by Henry Cavill; ‘Elly Conway’, played by Bryce Dallas Howard; ‘Aidan’, played by Sam Rockwell; ‘Alfred Solomon’, played by Samuel L Jackson; ‘Ritter’, played by Bryan Cranston; ‘Wyatt’, played by John Cena; and ‘Keira’, played by Ariana DeBose.
Vaughn encouraged each actor to select a Bremont watch most-suited to their respective character to ensure an even deeper connection to their timepiece and to enhance the storytelling of their characters.
