The watch worn by Patrick Dempsey has a square black case, black dial, chrono subdials and steel crown and buttons. The seconds hand seems to be yellow. The strap is rubber.

A similar watch is the Straton Speciale Chronograph, but I haven't found a model variation that exactly matches the watch worn in Memory of a Killer.

Another good suggestion by a reader is the Baumgartner BFG Flyback (pictured below), which has a very similar case shape and subdials (thanks to Stu).
