Nurse Lapel Watch - Helen Mirren - Arthur
In the movie Arthur, Helen Mirren, who plays Arthur's nanny, wears a nurse lapel watch, which is attached to her dress.
The exact brand and model are not know, but it looks very similar to the pictured Pedre nurse watch on the left, with a rectangle top part (which hides the pin), a small chain and round watch with white dial.
Nurse watches, or lapel watches, are a type of watch once designed for and popular with nurses, because the watch is hanging upside down, so can be easily read by just glancing down and are more hygienic because they will not get wet during the frequent hand washing.
