Hamilton is a Swiss watch brand with American roots, often seen in films and series. The company worked together with prop master Ben Wilkinson and his team on the film to make sure that the wristwatch was appropriate for the time period of the costumes designed by Joanna Johnston.
Introduced in 1941, the Boulton was one of Hamilton's most popular watches from the storied decade. It was reintroduced in the 1980s and adapted for contemporary demands. The Art Deco style watch has slightly larger proportions than the original. It features a yellow gold PVD coated stainless steel case and the mineral crystal glass reveals a white dial with small second subdial, Arabic hour markers and brass hands. The watch is powered by a quartz movement.
The Boulton is part of Hamilton’s American Classic collection.
A gold Hamilton Boulton is also worn by Chris Evans in The Gray Man (2022).
In the same film, Indy’s old friend Renaldo, played by Antonio Banderas, wears a custom Hamilton Khaki Navy Scuba, more info on that watch will come later.
